Thursday 7th October 2021 – Rosary!

And I tell you, ask and you will receive;
seek and you will find;
knock and the door will be opened to you.
For everyone who asks, receives;
and the one who seeks, finds;
and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

Yes I asked, I asked for prayers and rosaries and I got them in abundance and in multitude. Thank you to every one who had me in their prayers, I am enduring my last 2 weeks notice with courage and dignity and most importantly patience. I am thankful to every one for the love from all across the globe!

If you then, who are wicked,
know how to give good gifts to your children,
how much more will the Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit
to those who ask him?”

As I knelt and prayed for a better understanding of my behaviour and judgement, I knew I needed to calm myself and work. I did and despite it everyday there would be an issue that I would wonder if I could work with. Often we wonder whether what actions we want to do are what God wants us to do or its just the fear talking?!

As I had major doubts and talking to dearest friends and co workers, I realised I should leave it in prayer and so I did, took time off work and focused on my self and my mental health. After feeling better I returned to work and realised I need to move on and the Lord has spoken.

I hope all of us could ask more often and not just in the time of stress and worry like me but talk to Him when we are confused and need guidance from a higher power. This month as I wake up , I start praying a rosary, often I doze off or get distracted , but I pray each decade for everyone I feel who needs the help… it is the prayer of help to our heavenly Mother!

Let us offer our burdens to the Lord via his Mom everyday and ask Him for help and seek His guidance, miraculously events unfold and everything falls in place. Over come the fear of self doubt/ reliance and guilt and push through with Jesus and heaven as our motto!

Once again thank you everyone, I have never felt your prayers so strongly and I absolutely love and pray for every human who reads my reflections (or rants!). May the our Lady of Rosary help us all focus on the good ahead and accept every shortcoming and change as an act of destiny by God!

PRAYER!

Dearest Mother, bless all the readers of this website with abundant knowledge and deeper understanding of the scripture. Thank you Jesus for getting me into this community of faithful who have the super power of prayers. Grant them the needful and guide us all away from sin and temptation. Help us be beacons of your faith through thought, deed, text and word.

AMEN.

  1. Dr. Analise, peace and hope in Christ our Risen Lord..
    Not only do you have great faith-filled courage, strength and
    fortitude, in your life and healing ministry, you have spirit-filled
    spiritual insight and wisdom as well ! You convicted my own heart,
    in saying; “Often we wonder what actions we want to do, are what God
    wants us to do, or it’s just the fear talking.” – How true that is for most
    of us Catholic/Christians, myself included, in many decisions in our lives.
    But you have “chosen the better part,” to pray, reflect and discern your future,
    at the feet of Jesus, and through the Immaculate Heart of our Blessed Mother.
    Yes, you do need to “move on” and the Lord has spoken. I too will continue to
    pray for you, to find and go to a ministry that is more appreciative, and supportive
    of your gifts in faith as well as in medicine, and again, with a Church nearby.
    As a Jesuit of Polish background, I learned to pray the Rosary from my great-
    grandmother when I was five, and have great devotion to “our Mom,” in
    times of worry, need or fear. ..that we can all “become beacons of Mary’s faith,”
    in the undying mercy and love of Jesus, her Son, our saving Lord.
    Thank you for your fearless honesty and integrity, blessings, Fr. Leon

  2. thank you father. I have a great regard for Jesuits as my elder brother was with the Jesuits in India and China for 10 years before he discontinued. I am always touched by your comments and prayers for me. I need them now more than ever! Thank you again!

  3. Glad to hear that you are OK Analise and that you have a plan. May God protect you and guide you.

  4. Analise, “Child of God, ” Peace and hope in Christ our Risen Lord..
    I am grateful for your response to me, that my comments and prayers offer you
    support and some consolation. Upon further prayer and “listening to the
    Holy Spirit,” I would offer you an invitation – to consider, and pray over,
    for a vocation/calling to
    Mother Teresa’s Sisters of Charity, where you would find the spiritual
    support and active service ministry you desire, in their community life.
    I believe your heart would find healing, peace and joy in such a calling…
    This is something I believe the Lord has moved me to bring to your
    own ongoing search-in-faith and further discernment. Please know that this
    invitation is just that – not a “command or demand,,” but as a spiritual director
    for some years, I trust the movements of my own Ignatian spirituality and prayer,
    to ask you to “look into” such a possibility. Time will tell, as you reflect and pray
    about this, in the loving movements of your own heart, and what “doors open” in your future direction – for I am again certain that our Lord will lead you, and always
    be with you, as He has thus far, at all times and in all things, and that
    our Blessed Mother will continue to enfold and sustain you
    in all you do in Jesus’ Holy Name.. . so no need for you to respond to me on
    this “graced suggestion,” for the Lord will continue to “lead and guide ” you,
    in your faith-filled journey.
    – with gratitude for you witness, and my prayers, blessings, Fr. Leon K SJ

  5. It is the faithful and trusting words of of our blessed Mother that we draw strength…strength to endure through the most difficult of times and circumstances. Thank you Analise for giving hope to many in despair with a prescription for healing through persistence and love. Peace with you.

  6. Thank you Analise for your reflection and update on how your journey is going. It is truly a journey for all of us as Christians, and a battle at times. I am grateful for your forthright words. May God go with you.

  7. I appreciate your honesty in sharing your journey. I am glad you are moving on and prayer was your anchor that helped you make that decision.

  8. My prayers for you that He will guide you to a place where you will find peace and thrive. Thank you for your time and sharing of yourself. 🙏

  9. Dearest Dr.Analise, I thank you so much for your inspirational messages here each week. Thru them we have a window to your faithful relationship with the one and only Jesus, our Lord and Redeemer. Reading your reflection of last week and this, you inspired me to pray for you particularly and also for all our sisters and brothers who find themselves in similar situations. I am a retired nurse and fully understand your dilemma as I was also in a toxic work environment for my last two years of practice. After a week’s vacation and getting my head and heart together I was able to give my notice. It was the best decision I made while working as a nurse. Peace of mind returned and knowing I had made the right decision was truly a gift of the Holy Spirit. Since then I have become daily rosary person and include those who are ill and ask for prayers which I hand over the our Mom”. Knowing one such person has experienced a miracle, in my mind at least, I know our blessed Mother hears and intercedes for us. So as the reading today says, “Ask and it shall be given, seek and it will be found, knock and the door will open.” So hang in there these last couple of weeks then may blessings be with you as continue your journey.

    Peggy
