The Devil is searching to destroy your soul. They have set up kings, but not with my consent, and appointed princes, but without my knowledge. The worlds values are not consistent with a healthy relationship with God. We cannot be fair weather Christians. But when they hand you over, do not worry about how to speak or what to say; what you are to say will be given to you when the time comes; because it is not you who will be speaking; the Spirit of your Father will be speaking in you. ‘Brother will betray brother to death, and the father his child; children will rise against their parents and have them put to death. You will be hated by all men on account of my name; but the man who stands firm to the end will be saved.
I pity the man or woman who goes through life without trials. Thomas Paine said,” what we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly.” Jesus warned us to beware of the ” Sunshine Patriot”. Beware of the “Sunshine Christian.” Our relationship with Jesus is not superficial. It is love of family, love of God, love of one another. It is following and obeying the commandments. It is spreading the Gospel of Jesus with our minds, hearts and actions with our very lives.
We have to strengthen our souls every day and to live as a true Christian. The Devil will try to convince you to do it his way, but God’s way is best. Whenever you have a crisis or dilemma. Does the solution follow the commandments, does it show mercy and love to your fellow man. The Holy Spirit leads us to do the right thing. Our job is to listen. The harvest is rich, but the laborers are few, so ask the Lord of the harvest to send laborers to his harvest.’ We all have the mandate to labor for souls to assist these souls to get to heaven and in the process we are helping our own souls to Heaven.
