I’ve been in some of those same meetings where all they talk about is how to make more money. I’m in Sales so management believes money is our only incentive. For me, it’s not. I want to take good care of my customers. I’m seeking life balance. Currently, that’s not possible. I wish I could find a position in a company like yours. I’m happy you found a place where you could thrive.
