I remember the powerful the words “I am with you” throughout the day as I face challenges. The Fruit of the Holy Spirit Prayers is a daily must for me, said often throughout the day. Like you, I read other versions of the bible and find a lot on-line at biblegateway My favorite there is “The Voice”.

I think we can all be like Moses at times when we think “who am I.” When my 103 year old mother brushes her hair, she always gives the brush back to me and says “I couldn’t reach the top”. I ask her why and she responds, “my arms are too short.” That conversation always gets me to thinking of how many times God has asked something of me and I’ve responded, “can’t do it, my arms are too short.”
