Some thoughts to share:

Rightly said Joe. We are living in a world where nothing is right or wrong anymore. Each one is doing what feels right, whether it is right or wrong. Satan is rubbing his hands in glee, but it’s only a matter of time before Our God strikes His might and proves victorious once again.

How did the demoniacs and those with evil spirits in them recognise Jesus as the Son of God right away? Why couldn’t the scribes and pharisees recognise Jesus, inspite of all the signs and wonders He did? Peter was the only one who said “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Not only did the Gentile town of Gadarenes beg Jesus to leave their district, but the Jews did away with Him permanently – at least they thought so. But victory was Jesus’ when HE rose from the dead and that became our salvation story. Praise you Jesus.

Thanks Joe! I always struggle with this…doing what I ought to do! It’s easy to do what we want to do…but doing what we ought to do is the hardest part. But by the grace of God and guidance of the Holy Spirit…we can be stirred in the right direction. Lord, help us, lead us!

Thanks so much for this presentation of Jesus’ message for living our day to day lives. Added it to my NOTES to go back to when I need a reminder that we really are all in this life together.
