Slam dunk it home Joe! Truly inspirational for many readers. But what about Joe? Sometimes I think we are our own worst enemy – beating ourselves up.
I like to fall back to what an old wise priest once told me. “Wherever you are at in life is where God wants you to be”. It sounds to good to be true but think about it.

I always appreciate your insight in your reflections, but this is truly an inspired message. I cannot tell you how much it has spoken to me, and to so many of my friends and families who have so many varied Goliaths in their life. I remind myself daily that God’s grace is sufficient, but you have spoken to me in a way that makes me truly believe that. Thank you for your commitment to doing God’s work.

Am I the only one tearing up? As I sip my tea while reading A Catholic Moment, I feel stronger…worthy of our Holy Father. Then I proceed to the comments. Here, I believe, complete strangers to each other, except for Daniel, all are reaching out to Joe. I certainly feel something moving and shaking here and it gives me such happiness and a sense of joy. May God bless you all with peace and happiness and a “divine”slingshot.

This meditation could not have appeared at a better time. My parish family is being challenged in a way we have never faced before.
Thinking I have a better idea as how to proceed with faith and courage,with our wise and merciful God at the helm.
