It has been my experience that there are two ways of looking at life: The worldly way, (which is based on fear of death, and ironically, encourages a culture of death), and the Christian way (which is grounded in the hope of eternal life with God). Both are at odds with one another. Both claim they must ‘live life to the fullest.’ Both mantras, have quite opposite meanings: one being, “I did it MY way,” and the other, “I tried my best to do it God’s way with the help of God’s Grace.” At some point, we all must choose.
