Thank you Bob. Funny about letting go it spreads outside time and space. I mean I used worry about what would happen to my stuff —the family things and things I would like to have respected –and that’s what I had to empty. Still get caught out at times but mostly have floated free careless of whether it all goes into the bin or not. Great freedom in not being owned by what we think is owned by ourselves.
