We seek to discern the Spirit’s voice through the often murky grey fog of life’s challenges . Our faith is the light that sees us through the fog of life’s grey areas ! While we would prefer to live always in that crystal clear light of Jesus and the Spirit, we have to learn how to live with and in the grey of life ! This , I believe, is what Pope Francis and the German bishops are challenging us to do instead of comforting ourselves with the illusions that we already possess absolute clarity on the “grey” issues our contemporary society confronts us with ?
