If I had lived in Jesus’ time, I think I’d have missed His messages too. His parables and lessons fly over my head, and His subtlety is often below my understanding. I try to soften my heart and mind, but the Bible can be SO confusing! Thankfully we have great minds who have studied these things over the centuries and give us the depth of their thoughts on Jesus’ teachings.

Yes, truth that sometimes we question, debate and ponder. When it comes down to it the truth cannot be denied or avoided. If my eyes and ears where open I probably would have figured things out sooner. Another great lesson for us to learn. Peace my brother.
