Thank you, Bob, for articulating what’s behind the mad distortion and mockery of Christmas. People are looking for joy in the wrong ways, and making themselves miserable. We need to pray that the real meaning can get through to all.

Thanks Bob for reminding us to reflect on the real reason for the season. Let us place emphasis on Christ in Christmas! It is so easy to get lost in the busyness of life during this time…shopping, decorations, meal preparation, etc. Let us not forget to keep the spirit of Christmas alive. We celebrate NOT Christ’s birthday, but the birth of Christ. Lord Jesus, our Savour!

I feel if the second coming of Christ does not happen soon something big is going to happen that will bring people back to their knees – either natural disaster or man made?
