Thank you, Mary. This reflection really spoke to me today. I especially liked the part about expressing our emotions in a way the other person can hear, and moving from there. Your prayer also expressed many thoughts I have been feeling, but unable to put into words.

Thanks for the reflection Mary. I think it’s important to keep in mind that Paul’s position can be understood from his perspective and it is well and good. But what we are faced with in finding it difficult to deal with (speaking for myself here) is learning to forgive better in the middle of our materialism, modernism and egoism. With these kind of distractions it makes it harder to focus on the kind of forgiveness we need to engage in as well as time constraints. God bless you all and praise be to God for being with us in these modern times. Amen!!

Thank you, Mary, you spoke to my heart this morning. I have a terrible habit of burying my feelings so they ‘fester,’ and I am learning that it is better to be honest with the other person than to try to hide them or ‘let it go.’
