“I pray not only for these,
but also for those who will believe in me through their word,
so that they may all be one,
as you, Father, are in me and I in you,
that they also may be in us,
that the world may believe that you sent me.
And I have given them the glory you gave me,
so that they may be one, as we are one,

I have realized a lot of goodness is there in the world. It is related to how we respond to humans around us. I chose to be happy and be positive towards everyone I meet at the new area, but I am also restricting myself from being judgmental about a new place and surroundings.

Life with Jesus is always better with the love and faith we can get from our prayers while we can also support us for those who dont believe in our Lord. I personally believe better to have faith in someone than no one.

While I spend this month in the land of Mother Theresa and my roommate is a Muslim praying every time we rise or get home, it reminds me how granted I take my relationship with God, and I should “thirst for the Lord.”

Let us focus on the sacred heart of Jesus this month and be better in our prayer life too. Giving glory to the Lord, who deserves it all.

AMEN

  1. So thankful for your thoughtful reflections. I love Saint Mother Theresa. She was such a strong woman of faith and so truthful to the world about her faith.

  2. My doctor is Muslim and he’s told me about fasting during Ramadan. I’ve come to admire practicing Muslims for how they pray and fast. It puts me to shame. I hope you and your roommate gain inspiration from each other. God loves everyone. May we all accept everyone we meet and judge no one.

  3. Thank you for your time and reflection. May God bless you on your new journey. You have been faithful to Him 🙏🏾.
