Dear Analise,
You have gone trough alot since you the first stated writing at ACM on a weekly basis.
Between studying, work, covid, and disasters you’ve had being in India, I’m amazed you commit to and find time to write.
I think most of us here feel blessed that you find the time and desire to write Thursday reflections.

Thank you, Analise. I am also originally from Goa, but grew up in Bombay till I was 21. I am now in Kennewick, in the east part of Washington State, far away from the other Washington DC. I have been here for almost 54 years. I appreciate your reflections and especially the one today. I also strive to remember that “the Perfect is the Enemy of the Good”, as I deal with perfectionism. I also use To Do lists and consequently sometimes experience some related anxiety. I have a Prayer Card in front of my computer, that says “See! I will not forget you. I have carved you on the pam of my hand.” Thank you for your prayer today and the ongoing effort to surrender all to our wonderful Triune God Who waits patiently for us.

Thank you Analise for continuing to add your weekly reflection to your ‘to do’ list. I am still learning to let go and let God, as the saying goes.However,he is the one in the driving seat and there is so much comfort to be had in that.
Continued prayers for your full recovery from Covid and for the people of India.For all countries that are struggling to manage the pandemic.🙏🏻
