Thank you Analise. We are all busy. Taking time to spend with God in prayer is discipline...discipline to to the right thing even when we have other distractions luring us elsewhere. We appreciate your honesty and recognition of weakness. Strength through prayer and connection with God is easier than we sometimes might think...his burden is light. Peace with you my sister.

Thank you for your reflection. I too, often am busy with other things & don't make time to pray or give thanks to God. I also find when I start my day off with prayer & thanks my day always is better. I am able to have more patience or at least I am aware of my impatience or short comings & ask God to help me or bless the person who caused me to get angry. I find when I put my trust in Jesus I don't need to be afraid. May God bless you and your family.

Thank you, Dr. Analise, for taking time out of your busy schedule to write a weekly reflection for ACM. I look forward to it every Thursday, and you always inspire me with comments that I can relate to, and today's reflection is no exception.
