Thanks Analise for sharing your journey and inspiring us to keep the faith. God is truly our Savour…MY Saviour!!! He never fails…if only we surrender ourselves to Him. Let us continue to be fervent in prayer. I will never forget the car sticker which said “Those who wait to pray at the eleventh hour die at 10:30!” We know not the hour when our Lord will call us.. let us be ready anytime!

Dr Analise, thank you for sharing your faith and your family story. I also was raised in a Catholic faith filled home. My Father has been gone for 27 years from lung cancer. He and my Mother raised 12 children together. As a family we walked Dads journey with him, he never took his eyes off of the Lord. Mom lived to be a ripe old age of 96. I was privileged to be her main caregiver for her last 7 years with help from my siblings. Her love of God and family left a strong legacy of trust and love and faith. She also kept her eyes on the Lord. Her last few years she had fewer words but would say “Love and Forgiveness is all we have” perfect examples of being ready for their Eternal Home.

May God continue to bless your family and your Dads health as you have expressed his faith in God, another perfect example we can follow.
