Thank you Analise. Very relatable. Was just texting a friend this morning about the need to do things before the heat of the day set in. I hadn’t even said my morning prayers. Our conversation caused me to slow down, sit, pray and read the Word before I got going with my busy day. Ironically, I had wasted an hour reading the “take me down a rabbit hole” news. I have to get out of that bad habit and, as you said, focus on God first.
