Thank you Analise for sharing your trials with us, and for sharing your mother’s wise counsel. I am retired but I recall how difficult work relationships can be. God put this colleague in your path for a purpose, and I believe he also put you in his/her path for a purpose. I will pray for both of you.

Sorry to hear about your work situation. I believe you handled it so well. And your wise mother made a great suggestion. Another reflection I read today put it this way: When you pray today, don’t focus only on your problems—focus on the problem solver as well! Expand the way you think about Jesus. Proclaim that he is God and can do all things.
