You’re right Annalise. Everyone seems to be in a rush…for what, some don’t even know or realize there was really even no need. Or, sometimes we forget or take for granted what’s in front of or around us. Yes, we are all guilty of this at some point. May the Lord give us the grace to see Him in all that we do and focus on what His plan is for us than that of our own…and to recognize that He is in control. Peace and love to all!

Beautiful reflection. My body has gotten older and I’m now realizing that I can’t keep up like I used to. This getting older is not for sissies! Your kind of forced into the reality of what was is no longer. So I now I take this time to smell the roses and be more in touch with my spiritual being. Don’t worry Analise you’ll get there one day! Keep on doing what you’re doing and be grateful! 🕊️

Hi Dr. Analise. Upon reading your reflection, I thought you we’re writing about me! God created us with unique gifts and attributes. We can channel for good or not. I struggle with being judgemental about how I am, and realize I am high energy and this has its place. To calm my mind, I walk in nature each day ( no music or podcast or book) to pray and talk with our Lord about how best to channel this energy. God is always faithful to help, if I listen!
