But I wasn’t sure why. After reading your reflection I now see why I love it so much. It sounds a lot like our beautiful Catholic Mass. You helped open my eyes. Thank you for your very insightful words. I will share these with my two young boys. I ask for prayers please. My wonderful husband is not Catholic. He was raised Presbyterian, but was not practicing when we met. He has kept his vows as far as raising our children Catholic. He goes to mass with us every Sunday. But still during communion he won’t go up for the blessing for those that aren’t Catholic or not receiving for whatever reason. I love my husband very much. Please, if anyone is reading this, pray for his conversion. Pray for him to see Jesus in the breaking of the bread. My prayers and love to all of you. Peace.
