A wonderful reminder of the love Jesus has for us. Give me the strength to break myself for those around me . Christ gave himself for me so that I may be a part of him with others.

Fr. Lawrence, thank you for sharing your reflection.
It kind of boggles my mind that the Jews to this very day do not see Jesus as the son of God – thr One whom they have been waiting for, and I guess continue to wait for. After all the Jewish people have and continue to go through, what more affiliations will he send there way? Indeed, the were and continue to be a “stiff necked” people. Beyond my comprehension.
Fr. You write: “One of the emotional moments I experience during mass is whenever I have to break the bread. I always feel like shading tears”.
You look to be a young man, may you never lose that loving feeling.

I was very much touched by the aspect of the significance of breaking of bread during mass. Christ was broken that I may have life in abundance. May God give me the grace to break myself for others whenever there is need for it.
Jesus I trust in you.
