Thank you for your interesting thoughts contained in ‘The Influence of King Solomon’s Wives’, but please tell me; why do you try to make God’s command to king Saul regarding the destruction of the Amalekites more palatable than it really was? Yes, God did command Saul to kill the livestock in battle. However, if you read the first book of Samuel chapter 15, you’ll see that God also commanded Saul to murder all the Amalekite women, children and babies. In your heart, can you truly condone such behaviour?
