Thank you Dr. John. One of my daily petitions is to grow closer to the Holy Spirit. This gives a good direction on the approach. Problem is, I keep blabbing to our Lord because sitting still in a relaxed and calm way is so very hard for me. Satan keeps me stirred up. Not sitting still is my greatest weakness.
