John, peace and hope in the Lord… I have found that ,
I am a “mystery” of my own existence, unto myself – since I did not
choose to be born into this world . I could have been born 100 years ago
in Vietnam, or yesterday in Dallas. My very “soul,” unique, conscious
self awareness, is a gift of God given me to be who I am meant to be –
a Child of God, and a brother/sister, to Christ.
Then how can I dare take the same “mystery of existence, of
human life,” away from an unborn child/person?
Yes, dare we “play God,” we all suffer hurtful
and destructive results. Let us pray we can all “recover” and reclaim a
sense of the sacred, the divine, not only for human life, but for ALL of
God’s creation as well…to let the Holy Spirit, truly revive, rescue and
breathe upon us once again. Amen
PS – I have worked to help women with problem pregnancies, some years ago,
and support others who are active in such ministry…and also. the healing from
Rachel’s Vineyard retreats…and that we all can do more to “bring the saving
love of Jesus ” to Life.

What an awesome reflection. I loved the analogy of the tree, our faith, of bearing fruits at different season if our lives.Yes, also thankful for the reminder of God’s mercy and forgivess which is always available to us. Lord help me to bear fruits that will last.
