John,
I don’t know why this topic has to brought up in the Bible year after year.
I feel if I lived back then and started to believe in Jesus and they said ” oh, by the way – just 1 more thing”.
I’d be high tailing it out of there.
To be circumcised as an adult would not only be sacrifice but I’d say closer to self mutilation. (Much like tattoos and piercing in unusual places – all in my humble opinion).

Thank you John. A rerun or a repeat is often better understood the 2nd time around…I’m a bit of a slow learner so 2x is perfect for me. Yes Timothy and his meeting with the knife gives me chills. He and Pauls bravery in Christ is amazing. I can only hope I have half of it. Peace with you JC.
