Thank you for the reflection John. My wife and I really love this scene from The Chosen. Yeah, it may not be scripture based but God continues to speak to us in so many ways. Through people we encounter. Through music we sing along with and listen to. Through books we read and movies we watch. I think that whenever my heart is moved by the message…God loves you so much… I am moved to try to reciprocate that love. Earthen vessels indeed. Jars made of clay. Wings filled with holes. Wounded, but we can still share His message.

Some scenes I’ve watch multiple times. Little James is not one of them because it’s not biblical – but I get it.
