Thank you John! Yes we are all sinners, we all have faults, and we all have a Savior! Thanks be to God!

As you expressed there are justifiable times for anger that triggers us to do our part to create a change.

I had to learn all feelings are God given, what we do with them can be the key to a healthy or unhealthy way to express or act on them.

God bless us all in our struggles as we make our way to our final destination, learning and teaching along the way.

Thank you John. It helped me to hear you had/have an anger problem even though you are a faithful Christian. That gives me hope for my husband (who is not a faithful Christian so any prayers for convertion are appreciated). We often have discussions about his expression of anger…which we both agree he has the right to express. You have clarified the missing point. Expression of anger should not cause sin. Thank you so much as this will be woven into more of our conversations.

I too have been quick tempered and lashed out in anger towards my children and have caused irreparable damage to our relationship. I pray that one day they will forgive me.

Thank you John. We all have our own struggles and and sins we deal with and anger is one of them. Great reflection. It’s something Jesus can help us funnel into zeal for doing good as a better way to combat an injustice or difficulty. Thanks be to God.

Thank you for this reflection. The nectar of one’s ego is anger. In my younger days expressing anger is a must as it displayed one’s right. However, as time and experiences in life educated me it brought me closer to the core of my being – particularly the messages of my heart through uncontrollable temper which only my heart could hear resulting in a heart attack in 2010. This is when the veil of my eyes was slightly lifted awakening my consciousness that there is much more I have to learn to diffuse when the nectar of my ego is released as it can either turn anger into d-anger.
