This was not dry Dr. John! It was a a nice recap of what I had learned years ago after reading Scott Hahn’s books ( modern apologist). I had been confronted by some very aggressive nondenominational brothers and sisters and the “Catholic bible” is usually a typical arrow thrown. I hope and pray your foot is recovering well!

Thank you John. I did not know the Rabbinical history behind the Scriptures before Christ. It was very informative and interesting. It definitely helps vindicate the claim that the Catholic Church ‘added’ books to the Canon, which was not the case at all. Have a blessed Advent to you and your family!

Rather than being a “dry” reflection it’s very informative and yes, necessary to understand the reason of the difference between the Catholic and Protestant bibles. Thank you 🙏
