Thanks John for an inspirimg reflection. Yes, we often take the easy way out…avoiding any hard work. But, we also know that, as the saying goes, “no pain, no gain”. Sometimes we do get away with it…not lifting a finger, if possible, and yet, things get done because someone else does it. But, there’s just those that we need to do ourselves…that becomes difficult as they often require time, effort, motivation and discipline. Lotd, give us the strength and grace to do the things we ought to do. Amen.

Yes, I too love how you include your family in your reflections. We just started making our own salad dressing !! It IS very rewarding and fun to do together. God bless you for the time you take to write.
