One thing I have noticed about Saint Luke. He must have been friends with the Blessed Virgin Mary. She was the only person who could have given St Luke the detail of the Nativity. Any information about this period must have come from Mary

I appreciate the deeper story of Luke. I didn’t realize Social Justice teaching is anchored in this Gospel. I always thought of the Christmas story in Luke. Thank you.
