Then I observed the St. Jude Novena. While on it,I felt so re-energized. It was quite a wonderful mountain experience.

Weeks later,I realized I’ve returned to my ordinary self.

The ordinary self is a state I don’t want,any more.

The entire 500 miles was a mountain top experience for us. As we got closer to the end, I felt the pressures of the world we were going back to increase day by day. I was coming back to the valley as you described Mary. Elise and I are always reminiscing about the walk and stay in touch with the friends we made along the way. I guess this is how we try to “stay on the mountain”. Thanks Mary.
