Mary, your meditation could not have been more timely. Just finishing my morning prayer time, of which I was in a fitful state throughout, I finally at the end, just gave it to God. I felt powerless to overcome my thoughts, so I just waved the white flag. God understood. He always accepts my offerings, even if they seem paltry and not worth much from my vantage point. Mixing prayer and the stuff of daily life together, one never knows how it will go. Thankfully, most days are peaceful not fitful!
