Thanks Dan. You’re such an inspiration! I sometimes feel like we, the catholics, pay too much attention to the saints thinking they are the ones performing miracles. We speedily recite the rosary (not praying) and other ready made prayers to the blessed Mother and the Saints. Am Amazed when on rare occasions when the blessed sacrament is exposed, to see People completely ignoring that the lord is there, looking and waiting for us to talk to him, but they Just go to the statue of saints, to light candles and pray… What about the real presence that we professionnels?

Thanks, Dan. I like the part you wrote about how we must accept the sufferings and pains in our lives in order to bear our burdens with Christ to follow him to the stairway to heaven. I have also been reflecting on my marriage, and how I have been relying on my own strength to drag my ‘cross’ behind me, instead of turning my marriage completely over to Jesus each and every day. It’s a daily struggle but your words of encouragement help. Thanks and God bless.

Thanks for helping me have a rethink about my faith and how I go about life. My trust in people has made me to derail several times. As a matter of fact that I am not a priest today is because I allowed my self to be distracted. May God help me to be a good pencil in His had a from this day.
