Thanks Bob for your inspiring reflection. Thanks for reminding us of the real presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist. I pray that we all reflect on the Last Supper and the passion of the Lord during consecration at Mass. We will truly feel God's presence...even sometimes makes me cry. This is the most beautiful part of the Mass. Let's embrace it and appreciate the ultimate sacrifice Christ has to undergo to save us all from sin. Peace and blessings to all!

Ver nice, Bob! Just like to let you know one fascinating legend concerning Mary Magdalene. Reputedly, in her times, she and other disciples fled from persecution by the Jews and headed to Europe, traveling through the Mediterranean Sea like St. Paul did. Apparently the first piece of European ground she landed on was an island, Ile St. Honorat, off the coast of Cannes, France. Some amazing things have been happening since on the island. The phenomenon is especially enticing for wine buffs, as critics have repeatedly found tantalizingly good wines (the Abbey vineyard's Saint Salonius Pinot Noir always comes out on top of La Tache in open or blind tastings!) are made on this island, in which by the knowledge of geologists no vino vera should make it. And these strange things are totally absent in, Ile St. Margritte, a nearby island...
