Thank you for writing, Helen. I think you understand exactly what I was trying to convey. It’s hard to find the right words to explain things sometimes. I am so glad you reached out to Jesus in your prayers and grew in your relationship with him. A lot of people become depressed, and isolate themselves, or become bitter or negative, but you reached out to the Lord in your prayers instead. You have a beautiful soul and a resilient spirit. Christ’s love is just a beautiful thing. To enter into serious prayer, is like experiencing Christ’s love in a personal way, for the first time. His love fills us and spills over into all of our other relationships in a profoundly deeper way, the more time we devote to prayer, don’t you think? May the Lord bless you, and keep you in His care.
