The somberness of Good Friday usually begins as I visit Jesus after Holy Thursday’s service and I contemplate the mental anguish, shame and pain that Jesus experienced during His Passion…for me. I very often contemplate that my sins can be counted among the many thorns woven together and pressed into His head.
But, we know that the story “will not end in death.”
