Thank you for the reflection Bob. It made me think of Brother Lawrence who said, “The time of business does not differ with me from the time of prayer; and in the noise and clatter of my kitchen, while several persons are at the same time calling for different things, I possess God in as great tranquility as if I were on my knees.”
If only I could practice the presence of God like Brother Lawrence did. I will continue to try.

Perfect !! “Balance” is a word I work at daily. Prayers first, yes and hour for me too !! Then chores, exercise, reading and 3pm Chaplet. All, balance. Word of the day !!
