Thank you Bob. Prayers for healing of every kind spiritual emotional mental physical and financial. God sees our hearts. I cry sometimes not always knowing why. The Holy Spirit living in my heart spills out in tears for those who choose evil over God.

Bob, thank you for your reflection. Yes, of course, there are people in Russia who are praying for their soldiers to win in Ukraine. What many people to do not know thanks to the media and politicians is that there has been a war in Ukraine since 2014 when the government began a conflict against ethnic Russian-speaking Ukrainians in eastern Ukraine, i.e., the Donbass region. Donbass did not want to be part of the new Ukraine after the overthrow of the democratically elected Ukrainian government in 2014 and wanted autonomy. The Ukrainian government agreed to that autonomy in Minsk, Belorussia and that agreement came to be known as the The Minsk Agreement (there were actually two of them) and the signatories were not only Ukraine and Russia, but Germany and France as well who were mediators. However, Ukraine decided not to live up to follow through with the agreements and over 10,000 ethnic Russian-speaking Ukrainians have been killed and raped by Ukrainian forces in Donbass. It is a known fact that the Ukrainian government (with the continued help of the U.S. and the west since 2014) planned a major offensive in Donbass to “exterminate” ethnic Russians right before Russia went into Ukraine on February 24. It is for that reason Russia’s primary focus has been on the eastern part of Ukraine.
