Peter, in addition to these great suggestions, consider joining a ministry at your parish. Visiting the homebound, delivering the Eucharist, lecturing or whatever your church may need you for. I think stepping out and helping others can help refocus you. Just a thought. Also, consider a Cursillo weekend.
