Love – innumerable songs have been written about it and it’s a key theme in most movies. But there’s nothing to compare to the excessive, extravagant, merciful, generous, sacrificial, infinite and abundant love of God. He sows on all types of soil, not just on receptive soil. It’s we who have to soften the soil of our hearts, allow the word to take root, not permit the worries of this world to distract us, grow abundant fruit and spread the word through our lives and deeds.

Then there will be no need for another ark of the covenant. It will not be remembered or missed. Because the covenant made in the days of Moses was set on stone tablets, now the covenant is set on our hearts.
