Please pray for my 3 children, they are in need of our lord in their lives and grandkids. I pray every day that they find the path to get closer to God. Also my middle daughter has a list of so many medical issues and I would like prayers for her too being she’s a mom to 2 small children and they still need her. Thank you for everything you write Carolyn I’m constantly learning about our faith and the generosity in people like you that can clear up so many questions we have when it comes to scriptures and what it means.

Yes, Dale, I believe you are right. I interpreted that as Jesus instructing the disciples who are going out, and the “you” refers to the disciples, not to Capernaum.

Thank you Lord for helping me to understand with the help of the writers who give us insight and depth from our scriptures. My prayers are for family members who have need of guidance and support and for the homeless who for what ever reason have no shelter or homes to be in and need care, shelter and love. Also please remember those who live with the demons of drug and alcohol. In addition I ask prayer for the Church as we survive the turmoil of our times and the results of sin that were committed by those who were trusted.
May God also bless those who serve in our law enforcement, fire protection and the armed forces who protect our freedom to worship. Blessings to all who reside in Christ and share his love. In the Name of our Father, AMEN

I love Psalm 139. It’s almost as tho’ Job could have written it.

I am still struggling with fear of what certain religious have caused me to constantly look over my shoulder. Pray for me. Pray for them, for they justify what they have done. God help us all.

Pray for my daughter who struggles with so many emotional, internal doubts and unhappiness. Pray that she finds her place in this world and that she is given an other to share her life with. Help her to find her passion and to find her strength to face her turmoils and challenges. I pray that she also finds and practices her faith once again.
