Please pray for my daughter to want to go to school, to get to bed early and get up early, to have good teachers, principal, assistant principal and school, to listen, obey and respect me and respect others, to find peace with the absence of her biological father and accept God as her Heavenly Father.
Please pray for us to get safe water and electricity and heat for our home so we can move back home.

Please pray for my dear, kind, loving, generous mother in law. She was just diagnosed with ALS. We don’t have any details right now. She has to have an MRI at some point. She has 3 children. All married and with children. I have been a lifelong practicing Catholic. My husband and his family are not. I pray daily for their conversion. My father in law passed away, suddenly, long before I met my husband. My mother in law is a wonderful woman. My very young children adore their gammie so very much. My heart is breaking for her. She has had a rough road these last several years. I am praying that this diagnosis is wrong and that what she has can be healed completely. I want her around for a very long time. God bless all of you. You are in my constant prayers.

Thank you for sharing your reflection, Carolyn. I am a Catholic since birth and now a young adult, I have been struggling with dealing with my affection towards men I don’t equally yoke with in terms of faith. At one point, I had to end a relationship with a Protestant and now I’m faced with being attracted to a Hindu. I know I just couldn’t set aside my faith just to end up with somebody I happen to get attracted with. It is really hard for me. Pray for and with me, will you?

Please pray for my mother, Dorothy, who has Alzheimer’s and for all Alzheimer’s patients and their caretakers. Please pray for patience and understanding for me (my mother’s primary caretaker). Also I ask for prayers for my son, Mike to return to the Catholic faith, in which he was brought up and for the conversion of my husband, Jim.

I look forward to your reflection on the scripture for Friday. The surgery went well,a coradid artery was 80% blocked so stent was put in. I still hear my heart beat in my ears and will have to live with it. Thanks for all prayers because they helped me through the procedure.
