I was thinking “someone is wrong” when in fact both where right.
I am happy to know I was the one wrong.
I hated algebra but I guess two rights = one wrong.

This year we are in Cycle C. However, if a parish has people who will be baptized at the Easter Vigil, the instructions are to use the Cycle A readings on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Sundays of Lent, because those readings work better with the “scrutinies,” questions that the elect are asked. While this only has to happen at the mass where the elect are questioned, it is common in parishes to use the same readings for all masses (helps Father not to have to prepare two homilies).

Mary, I liked your reflection very much.
On thing I’m confused about is these readings and your reflection are from cycle C year and at Mass they are on cycle A.
I’m a bit confused…..

Thanks Mary. You just inspired me to continue on my journey of creating a new me…or at least an improved or better me. It is difficult, but I know there are many things I need to let go and let God.
