I have struggled with this too. We host many visitors and I now live in an area where Catholicism is not heavily populated. On certain Sundays, guests prepare to leave prior to 12noon. Breakfasts, assisting with travel needs, helping with dogs or kids , and general hospitality are required. This helps out things in perspective instead of beating myself up over it.
