A few of you asked about Bob in your comments on my reflection today. Mark Gates had sent me an update yesterday but I figured at first I would wait for the next update. But since I had so many people ask, here is the news from Bob’s daughter, Kristy:
“Great news on Bob Garvey. From Kristy: Dad’s scan this morning showed everything is stable! He rested and even ate dinner today (Thursday evening)! His speech is almost perfect and the doctor spoke to me about him going to Frazier rehab, maybe even as early as this weekend! They are very pleased with his speech and cognitive abilities. He’s a walking miracle!”
