Dear Anonymous,
I think what Father is referring to is that we must never stop confessing our sins or give up on our efforts. Those fighting addictions have their cross to bear always. The key is to keep turning back to God and have confidence and trust that He will bring you through. Your reward will be in heaven. God bless🙏🏻
And Linda, I think we have to stop judging other’s character and start paying attention to the issues that politicians support or oppose. The key is to separate feelings towards liking or disliking the person and focus on the laws of God.

Linda, if you let me, I would like to give my two cents on this. Nobody gives President Trump a pass. If not President Trump, the other option would be agreeing with a culture of death. President Trump fights for the unborn and that alone is a decision maker.

Father Lawrence,
Your writing makes me think of the president of the United States. Why do so many Christians not see the multitude of sins that man has committed? Why do they give him a pass? Are they following a “false god”? I don’t understand.

Thank you for helping to make the readings more clear. God has presented us with an overwhelming challenge of living for Him alone. I’m so glad He never leaves us or forsakes us.
