Mary, I love how you tell us the context of the readings. You let us know what was happening with Jeremiah, and where Jesus' focus is in the Gospel. I will now know what the context is when I see the readings next week, so thank you for the heads up. May God bless you and your loved ones.

Thanks Mary, this is a beautiful reflection. I see myself needing a total makeover. To be re-formed, re-created and renovated. It is so easy to fall and become hard clay. I pray to God to be molded in the image of Christ that i may do as He wills. Have a blessed day.

Thanks for the reflection Mary. Reading through the reflection and readings, I see myself a mixture of soft clay in some parts and hard clay in others. All in all I do the Master Potter to work on me as he did to the disciplines, re-form, re-create and re-innovate. Thanks once again for bringing out this aspect from today's reading and connecting the two, 1st reading and the Gospel.

Thank you Mary. This is a great reflection for all of us, including all lay and religious and concentrated people. God has His own way of molding us, It is for us to accept our brokenness, our weakness and be able to submit to Him as our potter.

On Sunday, our whole archdiocese have a simultaneous program of "Salamat Padre" (Thank you Father); to thank the Lord for the vocation of priesthood, in their service of celebrating the Eucharist, witnessing marriages, Baptizing, hearing confessions and taking care the souls of the sick. Although they are "imperfect" but only to their vocations God has anointed to perform His works on earth. They are also like clays that need the hand of the Potter, need to be re-formed, re-created & renovated. Our role is to pray and support them so that they will continue serving the Lord through us! Our special thank to all priests in the world!
Inviting all lay people to say: " Salamat Padre"

Thanks!
