Thanks Mary for this beautiful reflection! Jesus our solid rock in the midst of the flow of events in our life. He is our secure fortress but we do have to ACT & seek shelter in Him by doing what He tells us to do. Lord Jesus grant us the grace to trust You & joyfully do whatsoever You ask. Theotokos pray for us!

Welcome to Thursdays! I always appreciate your reflections.
My wonderful mother always told me that if I did something for others whenever I might be sad or grumpy, I would start to feel much better. It has always worked. Acts of kindness and mercy somehow give me a steadier footing in my life – I guess they help to remind of the Beatitudes. We are blessed and happy in our faith when we ACT for the Lord and others.
